We”) realize the importance of privacy and will handle your personal information (which includes the Personal Data as defined below) in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. Please read this Privacy Policy and understand the ways in which your personal information is collected, used and disclosed. The Company reserves the right to revise this Privacy Policy in terms of the applicable law in Philippines including but not limited to the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (“DPA”), as it deems appropriate and the updated versions will be posted on the Company’s website.
The present Policy is applicable to the data processing operations of the Company performed in the Philippines or to those conducted outside of the country and involving the Personal Data of citizens or residents of the Philippines.
Definitions
1. “Data Subject” – refers to an individual whose personal, sensitive personal or privileged information is processed by the Company. It may refer to applicants, employees, officers, consultants, vendors, clients and customers of the Company.
2. “Personal Information” – refers to any information whether recorded in a material form or not, from which the identity of an individual is apparent or can be reasonably and directly ascertained by the entity holding the information, or when put together with other information would directly and certainly identify an individual; necessarily includes Sensitive Personal Information as defined by the DPA.
3. “Personal Information Controller” - refers to the Company.
4. "Personal Information Processor” - refers to any natural or juridical person or any other body to whom the Company may outsource or instruct the processing of Personal Information pertaining to a Data Subject;
5. "Processing”- refers to any operation or any set of operations performed upon personal information including, but not limited to, the collection, recording, organization, storage, updating or modification, retrieval, consultation, use, consolidation, blocking, erasure or destruction of data.
6. "Privileged Information” - refers to any and all forms of data, which, under the Rules of Court and other pertinent laws constitute privileged communication.
General Information
Subject to your consent, we may collect your name, address, e-mail address, birth date, gender, contact numbers, occupation, credit or debit card information, travel information and personal interests (“Personal Data”) to respond to your inquiries or your requests, inform you of the results of any promotional activity you have agreed to participate in and/or for market research concerning our business and the preparation of statistics, and/or for marketing or research promotions.
The processing of the Personal Information shall be supervised by the Personal Information Controller in terms of the law.
If your Personal Data is stolen, hacked, lost or damaged due to accident or by any other means, without any fault or negligence on the part of the Company, the Company may not be responsible for any damages incurred for as long as the Company has implemented reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Personal Data.

In addition, such parties are bound by contract to establish appropriate and reasonable measures to protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

We may disclose and/or transfer your Personal Data in, amongst others, under the following circumstances.

(g) if any other exceptions / exemptions set out in the Data Privacy Act of 2012 ("DPA") applies.
Your Choices In Personal Data Collection, Usage And Disclosure
If you consent to receiving information about the Company's products and services by mail, SMS, phone, e-mail and fax, we will contact you by any of those communication channels to inform you about our news, activities, goods and services.

If you do not consent to us collecting, using, or disclosing your personal data, which is reasonable for provision of certain goods or services, we may not be able to provide the said goods or services.
The Company does not have a policy to sell or lease personal information to outsiders. However, as described above, the Company may have to disclose your Personal Data and/or transfer your Personal Data outside of the Philippines to a third party. Your Personal Data will not be disclosed on and/or transferred to any further parties for purposes unrelated to those stated in this Privacy Policy, unless we have obtained your consent or are legally required to do so.
Withdrawal Consent, Access To, And Correction Of Personal Data Through Our Data Protection Officer
Subject to restrictions under the DPA, you have the right to request from us access, updating information, rectification, erasure, restriction and discontinuance of processing, and portability of your Personal Data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint, when appropriate, before the National Privacy Commission.
